Terms of Use

Last updated: September 25, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Jamyaa, a platform operated by Jamyaa Technologies. By accessing or using Jamyaa, or by acting for a business that uses Jamyaa, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you have authority to bind that business where applicable.

Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for assigning appropriate roles and permissions to employees or representatives. You may not use another person's account without authority.

Marketplace and business services

Jamyaa provides tools through which independent stores, professionals, and other sellers may publish and sell products or services, accept bookings, collect forms, manage fulfilment, and advertise. Unless a page clearly states otherwise, the applicable seller—not Jamyaa Technologies—is responsible for its listings, pricing, availability, fulfilment, professional services, returns, and legal compliance. Customers and sellers are responsible for reviewing the terms that apply to their transaction.

Orders, payments, and subscriptions

Prices, taxes, fees, billing periods, payment methods, and cancellation terms shown at checkout form part of the transaction. Some payments are processed by third-party providers under their own terms. You authorize the stated charges and agree to maintain valid billing information. Subscription features and limits depend on the package and add-ons selected at the time.

Advertising integrations

Advertising features may connect Jamyaa to third-party platforms such as Meta. You must have authority to use the selected advertising account, supply lawful and accurate advertising content, follow the third party's policies, and explicitly approve campaign submission where required. Third-party review, delivery, charges, suspension, and campaign results are controlled by that platform. Disconnecting an integration in Jamyaa does not automatically delete a campaign already created on the third-party platform.

Acceptable use

You may not use Jamyaa to:

  • break the law, infringe rights, deceive others, or facilitate fraud;
  • upload malware or interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of Jamyaa;
  • access data or accounts without authorization, bypass limits, or misuse automated tools;
  • publish unlawful, harmful, misleading, or infringing products, services, forms, advertisements, or content; or
  • resell, copy, frame, or reverse engineer protected parts of Jamyaa except where law expressly permits it.

Content and intellectual property

Jamyaa Technologies and its licensors own Jamyaa's software, design, and platform content. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us the permissions reasonably necessary to host, display, process, distribute, and transmit that content to provide the features you request. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit and use that content.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the platform, investigate suspected violations, comply with law, address non-payment, or enforce these Terms. Account deletion may be delayed or blocked where ownership, administrator access, unresolved transactions, or legally retained records require review.

Availability, disclaimers, and liability

Jamyaa is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted service, seller performance, advertising results, or the accuracy of content supplied by users or third parties. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Jamyaa Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of Jamyaa or transactions with independent sellers.

General

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
